All ages, abilities, body types and dance backgrounds are welcome.
A hip scarf is recommended but not necessary. Any fabric to go around the hips
is acceptable and there are spare hip scarves available at class on occasion.
Sometimes we work with veils and zills. Presently we are starting with a
choreography however that is only a small portion of the class. Always fun,
always aerobic. Anyone is welcome to attend. Scarves, jewelry and
accessories are available for purchase.
Private
Lessons
Private
lessons can vary in time and location based on availability and convenience.
$25 for an hour or a month long commitment of four private lessons for $100 although
a hip scarf is required when studying at this level Trinity will come to
your home to teach you in the privacy of your own home for an additional
$10/hr added to the lesson fee. Private lessons are also available for
pilates and cardio sessions to aid in weight loss and body sculpting.

Descriptions
Belly Dancing: Open level belly dance for all women, beginning with basic moves working into short choreographies. Take a trip to the middle east, with a great full body work out while isolating the core, focusing your mind, and increasing co-ordination. Discover moving your body in new ways. Shimmy and shake the hour away. Shoes optional!
Pilates: This class is designed to work your body from the inside out. Core conditioning to strengthen and tone mid section, while lengthening and stabilizing the spine with deep abdominal support and mental focus. This class is mat based.
Gentle Fitness: Great place to start your fitness regimen. 20 minutes cardio to raise heart rate, 20 minutes light weights for toning and bone density (optional), 20 minutes balance and stretching. This class is designed for those with limitations, arthritis, or who are just trying to get back into shape. Apply yourself a bit more and feel the total body work out while working on proper form and balance.
Step: This class is cardio intensive and is designed to make changes to your body. Get comfortable with the moves without a step if you'd like but come move, step and sweat with us. Thirty five minutes of cardio followed by weight training and ab work.
